Blues music is diverse in its rhythm. The first four measures are the I chord, but there are so many ways to play that chord. You can strum it, you can fingerpick it, you can use classic arpeggios, you can build the rhythm with riffs, but one of the most unique blues rhythm is the shuffle. It is based on an understanding of intervals, but you won't need even know what an interval is to do today's lesson because the tabs are on the screen and like always, they are both easy and fun to follow along too.

Could you give a quick interval lesson on this? I have a baritone and having been watching several videos, both standard and baritone lessons. In the shuffle you start at the root then go to the 3rd?
