Day 2 of the challenge we will be learning to play our first turnaround. The turnaround is going to be one measure of 1/4 notes then in the 12th measure we are going to have a 1/4 note, followed by two 8th notes then a half note. I say all this to emphasize timing. Timing timing timing timing, it is important to make sure that you take the time to perfect your TIMING. Timing. So we will take the time to walk you through exactly how to play the turnaround, note for note, going slow, then we will look at it in the context of the 12 bar and we will show you exactly how to play it.

just notices a quick issue with the graphic you have under the video window. The first beat of the second measure is not D, but F#. Or the video should be D but shows F#. Either way they don't match.

Correct, I corrected that in the tab and you'll see that turnaround more in the future, the last note should be the F# not the D. I was originally playing the F# and D just got tired eyes editing. I will put a disclaimer in the video description.
