Beginner and Full Versions!
Today we are going to learn how to play "Pride and Joy" by Stevie Ray Vaughn on our Ukulele. At the core of this song there is a super easy beginner 12 bar blues in the key of E, so we are going to start there and teach it so even if you are just a total beginner you are able to play along with one of your favorite songs.
After that we will add an easy turnaround, even if you are a beginner you should be able to get that, and then lastly we will do the 4 bar intro followed by the flashy 12 bar intro. The song is full of flash, syncopation, double stops, triplets, bends, hammer ons, pull offs, the turnaround in the 12 bar is so amazing and flashy and a ton of fun to play on the ukulele, as always this ukulele tutorial is note for note with all the tabs on the screen for you to learn. As always we will have all the tabs on the screen, everything you need to be able to play this song note for note and really rock it out. The song is in the key of E so you can also look up all our tutorials about blues in E and add flash, solos, licks and other pieces of hot sauce to really make it flashy, fun and unique too!
