I get a lot of requests, I can see why too, we have taught well over 400 songs, maybe closer to 500. As a result I can understand why people ask me to hear the tutorials I have taught, but I have also forgotten over 400 songs! *Sometimes I re-learn songs with my own tutorials haha*

I would say I have about 25 songs memorized that I can play right now, and if I started to write and think way back I could probably get closer to 35, maybe 40, but almost and completely are not synonyms.

What about you? How many songs could you play from start to finish, knowing all the words and even the little licks and riffs if you like to play a more embellished style?

I think I have a solid 30 or so and another 75 or so with a little lead sheet guidance. If you want to really learn to do this.... Busk.

No songs really, but I can play a couple of 12 bar progressions in C, E, or G. Currently working on adding some riffs to the 12 bar in G. Also working on playing chord melody for St. James Infirmary. Sadly, my singing voice is not very musical so I don’t spend much effort on songs, but love playing anyway.
