Alright friends back in the key A and we are taking our triplet skills and a fill skills to the next level with a tasty triplet fill. We are also going to touch on the idea of a shuffle to give our blues a little more swing as well. That way when you play the A chord for four bars it'll have a little more movement and power to it, plus we are going add that tasty triplet fill to give your A blues some real life! At the end we will take a look at the A turnaround we are familiar with and apply what we have learned with triplets so we can shred a blown 12 bar blues to be proud of in A!

Tyler! Another great lesson. You have been doing these either in the key of A or D, is that because these keys are best suited for blues ? Could they be done in the key of C?

Tyler Austenfeld

Yes, they can be done in any key. In hindsight I would've only done the key of A and introduced another key for another challenge but the reason I chose D was because we already learned two of the three chords. The key of A is the easiest and A and E are the most played.

I think the key for me was to stick to the daily offerings and not go for the extra credit - NOW I’ll go back thru and check out the bonus material which I may be more ready for. 💯💯💯💯
