#10DayBluesChallenge Day 5 is up! Today we are going to examine the A blues scale. What it is, how to play, all the notes, and we are going to transform it into a basic fill that you can use in any 12 bar blues in A. At the end we are going to put it all together with the information that we have learned from the other days and play a full 12 bar, with the scale as a fill, and a turnaround! You are starting to get really bonafide with this blues stuff! As always take it slow, try and keep it in time and don't move forward until you have it going in a circle. Every time you play something again it sounds better, so if you played the part 10 times, don't worry about playing an 11th! It'll sound better and the concepts learned in one blues tutorial are interchange, more time practicing a specific lesson is more time practicing all the lessons. Enjoy make sure to check out the other videos in the #10DayBluesChallenge

Enjoying this, doing mix'n'match with different strums & picking. Starting to see where I might actually be able to do my own little fills & solos, which is great. I can see why folk can just sit & play along to blues jam tracks now once you start getting a bit more confident with it. Thanks.
