Firstly, going to note known issues before people tell me about them
in most contexts, NPCs are going to say they're missing dialogue, this is fine, I just need to do a restructure to the dialogue tree again (this time won't take several weeks since it's minor changes)
anyway, as per usual, engine changes first
Instance worlds can load a copy of a terrestrial world thats included within the mod assets, what does this mean? it means for things like the hub map I won't have to create it within Tiled anymore, it can just be built and modified ingame, and then copied into the mod assets
Zoomout from growth with the size ray is now capped out at the maximum zoomout the game normally allows, this prevents one from seeing some broken rendering when at the surface of the world, and also prevents one from crashing their game from the render distance going up too high
added a callback to get the position of the script pane
script panes with a source entity can have an arg defined to allow them to not dismiss an existing pane with the same source entity (prey Hud and settings menu and etc can now co-exist)
And that's it for engine stuff, list added to the engine is getting smaller each week because I don't need to do as much there as we get closer to stuff being done
as for the mod asset changes
self targeting with the size ray was fixed
the dialogue tree navigation was updated to take new inputs from the new settings and system (the trees themselves need a bit of an update still)
setup some functions for allowing user defined pronouns/neopronouns for use in the dialogue tree
dialogue box now scrolls the text it prints, as well as has sounds for them that can be defined per OC
the shop has been fixed
the dialogue actions work differently than they did before, rather than each action having an individual button with icon, instead there is an "Actions" button which creates a dropdown list for all the currently available actions, this also includes actions that couldn't be requested before such as now being able to request turbo digest as a prey
