Jo was in six episodes. Ellen was in seven. The fact that they had that much of an emotional impact and formed such a strong connection with us, the audience, in such a small amount of appearances is so important and powerful to me.

This episode was such a rollercoaster! I loved your reaction to Crowley! I'm also a fan of Mark Shepherd and I had the privilege of meeting him at a convention in Denver (Starfest) many years ago (before I got into Supernatural). He was there mostly to promote his upcoming work in Doctor Who. He was very sweet and gracious at the meet & greet I met him at. It was sad to lose Ellen and Jo, but they had such a powerful send-off. I had forgotten that Mark Pellegrino (Lucifer) and Misha Collins had a scene together in this episode. Now that I know about the movie, they did together several years earlier (Moving Alan), it makes me want to see more behind-the-scenes with them. Thanks for another great reaction video!

this was the death that hit the hardest fo rme. Ellen and Jo, and the fact they did it so well-and with such dignity

I love your reactions and Ellen was definitely one of my favorites too. In your reactions, you were wondering why they were burning the picture. It was because a hunter's funeral is done by salting and burning the body to ensure they cannot be brought back as a ghost or other monster, and since they obviously couldn't do that for them burning the picture together was their funeral for them.

I never thought about Bobby's POV of not being able to be there to maybe change the outcome :( It's remarkable how Ellen and Jo are so affecting considering how few eps they are in. Dean's goodbye to Jo is such a sweet moment, and very real.

yes agreed burning picture was a funeral way. And almost putting closer to the past. A lot of people burn items to move on, ect. It' shard to see, but sometimes necessary.
