I was looking forward to this reaction. The reveal at the end was fantastic. I've also not read the books, but I have played the 3rd Witcher game (am still playing actually, I started after watching the first season of the Witcher). It's given me a whole new appreciation of Henry's passion for this role. Sorry that other fandoms don't always treat you kindly. I'm also in the Supernatural fandom and I know they (we?) can be a bit much at times (I try not to let the uglier elements of that fandom drag me into their drama). I've mostly avoided the DC/Marvel fandoms - I just enjoy the movies/shows without really interacting with other fans. I can only deal with so much drama! 😅 I was sort of in the Doctor Who fandom back in the 1980s (as much as I could be for the lack of internet access I had, but I ran a sci-fi club in high school and Doctor Who was our primary focus), but I've mostly kept my distance from the fandom since the new series launched, other than my personal circle of friends (we watch together as a group at my house). To those who are giving you grief, they should just learn to click away and stop watching your reactions if they don't like that you're "less informed" than they are. I don't get why they care that much, and I love your reactions, especially because you don't know the background or lore. I agree, it does make for better reactions!
