To answer your question the names sound the same but are spelled different. One is King Vizimir of Redania. The other is spelled Vesemir. No I did not know that without looking it up. You are doing an amazing job keeping track of everything (like names) in my opinion. To be honest this show challenges my ability to keep up with all the details and names in it. I was not super into the show (just thought it was ok) but after finishing this season I am more into it. I am now rewatching it to get some of the facts straightened out in my head and things are making more sense. I suppose editing each episode can help to notice lots of facts but even with editing I am not sure I would be following everything as well as you are. One of the many things you do well in your reactions.
