My thoughts on the 5th Doctor. He’s actually in my top 5 Doctors of all time. There are opinions about him across the board but I think generally most people enjoy Peter Davison. As a Doctor he couldn’t be more different than 4. That’s not bad. As much as I love Tom Baker, Peter’s Doctor is more gentle but not weak by any means. It’s good to have that contrast. When people ask me which Doctor would I travel with, it would be this one. I love 11, but the 5th is the one you could trust the most to keep you safe. He’s like a warm blanket or a cup of cocoa. I also love how he rolls his eyes when he’s exasperated. These are just my opinions, others are quite different as is usual with Doctors. I know you’ll make up your own mind about him. No pressure, but I hope you enjoy him.
