Hey guys! Sorry for the delay... My sleep schedule is still a bit fucked haha, but I am sleeping about an hour earlier than I usually do so I guess one step at a time! Anyway, I don't want you guys to worry, it's nothing to do with health issues or mental health or anything, and I'm definitely getting enough sleep and have no trouble falling asleep. It's just a weird work schedule combined with being tired at the worst times during the day for some reason. Like... I get tired at the prime hours of the day and somehow am fine at like 1-3am, which I can't imagine is normal/healthy to do for a long time, so that's what I've been trying to fix, as well as working out a bit more and eating healthier.
