Oh yayy. Finally. I’ve been putting off watching this just so I can watch it with you ^^. A lot of my friends told me this is highkey the most wholesome HSR season and the performances are great so I’m really looking forward to it! Also. It's nice to see Paul again. P.S. It was Ash Island in HSR2 that jumped on the Eminem beat. Hwiyoung still totally destroyed his part in the Cypher tho. ;) I remember everyone being super impressed.

Aye Paul my guy. Man I’ve been getting spoiled for this but luckily I don’t remember much 😂 I knew about all the other judges but Loco is here too 👏🏾 and Changmo is an actual judge makes sense now lol. But man I didn’t even recognize baby from OGZ. And I’ve know about the Kpop star boys so to find out that was him too I was shook. Hope he does well in the show. Yeah and company’s like to throw in idols trainees especially to give promotion to any upcoming groups preparing to debut like the one trainee who they just completely cut poor baby’s performance lol. And I had no idea win was here. The video u were taking able was top gang. 16 year old baby did his thang but not gonna like the kids who included the I am ground game in his rap was hilarious. And yes he gave me lay one/sky/ mushvenom vibes.

I feel like the kids were voting based off like “star power” so more well known rappers got higher scores even if they weren’t necessarily better. Dw the judges come in and help sort the scores out

Yuhmmda, simon Dominic and the quiett are all born 1984 and 1985, Jay Park was born in 1987. Loco, Ph-1 and woogie all are born 1989. Changmo was born 1994 and way ched 1997. Ph-1 seems younger considering he started dropping songs in like 2016 but he went to like collage and worked and stuff before taking the plunge. Also yeah alot of us were pissed because there werent any female contestants. Like how can there not be a single one.

yeah the scoring in this episode got me furious

Yeah the scoring for this was all over the map. I feel like they were just scoring based on how they felt at that exact moment and not actually comparing performance to performance or something IDK but that was wild Random fun fact that stood out to me: the guy who was  in OGZ who previously won KPop star 6 they mentioned he won in a duo called boyfriend and the other person in that duo was Kim Jeongseob from P1Harmony. They both signed to YG after the show and it sounds like he left cuz he didn't really want to follow the K-pop path and then Jeongseob left after treasure box. It feels like the more you watch these survival shows it becomes such a small world of people having these little connections.
