((Y/N)'s POV)

When we found Peni, Peni took us to her world and her world was amazing with all kinds of cool stuff. We just went to her house and she put her Spider-Suit away while Gwen took me with her to change into some new clothes. She changed first with me before she took my clothes off to put some new clothes on which were just Peni's pajamas that she just rolled up. I helped Gwen fix her shirt a little before she picked me up to take me back to Peni's room where Peni quickly swiped me from Gwen to spin around with her while she kissed my face.

Peni-Kon'nichiwa, watashi no chīsana kawaii pai-chan! O nēchan ni mechakucha amayakasa rete mo īdesu ka?! ~

I have no idea what she just said to me, but she sat me down on a fluffy mat before she grabbed a small box and opened it to show that it was food and it smelled so good.

She used a pair of chopsticks to pick up a piece and fed it to me. I asked if she had forks or if I could just stab the chicken with the chopsticks to feed myself, but she just shook her head no while feeding me another piece. I tried to get up, but Gwen slipped behind me to pick me up and sat in my spot to put me on her lap.

Peni-Awwwww. So kawaii! ~

(Y/N)-What's kawaii?

Peni-You. ~

(Y/N)-It means 'you'?

Peni shook her head before she poked my nose and I think I have a good idea of what that word means. After I was full, Gwen gave me to Peni and she cuddled me.

Gwen-Peni, watch him while I step out. I'm going to get (Y/N) some new toys from a special universe. ~

Gwen scratched my chin a little before she opened a portal and Peni took my hand to make me wave goodbye to her while the portal closed.

Peni-Now... How about some yummy dessert, Otōto? ~

(Gwen's POV)

Peni should be fine without Lyla tracking her, so I went back to (Y/N)'s universe to try and find answers on how (Y/N) is not glitching and traveled to another dimension without a watch...Looks like Miguel was one step ahead of me because I saw Ben on an eclectic billboard for the news.

Miguel must've sent him here with others to investigate (Y/N)'s origins. I'm guessing (Y/N)'s house is empty by now, but if I know any Oscorp they would not let the police get a hold of anything like that and seized the research if not the property while defending their corrupt employees that experiment on their child. Just then, I heard the big mouth on T.V. himself.

Jameson-What did I tell you all folks?! This! Is! A! SPIDER-MAN CULT!!! This is a photo captured of just one out of 'SEVEN' masked menaces! This happened after a child went missing when scientists were arrested! Coincidence?! NO!!! IT'S SPIDER-MAN AND HIS INSANE FOLLOWERS!!!

Gwen-Wow, that adds up to 8. Miguel is not messing around with this.

Jameson went on with his 'report', so I headed to where I put (Y/N)'s work last time I was here in case I needed it to plea to Miguel... Now, I will need it to answer questions. I hid it inside a vent on a building near the house and it was right where I left it... On a thumb drive I got from here, so Lyla would not be able to detect it.

Gwen-Now, I just need a computer.

It is nighttime and I doubt the library is open this late... I'll get my answers and slip out before anyone knows I'm here.

(Lyla's POV)

I don't know who let Ben tag along on this stealth mission because he blew it for everyone being a drama queen. Miguel might be better off not knowing about this because we are so close to getting the info we need on (Y/N). Oscorp in this universe had to have kept its employees' research of this caliber to there selves. I pulled up the video of what I had on (Y/N)... again.

His charts changed during the feed which was the same every time, but this shows he is clearly adapting. All anyone else can see is a cute kid being scared moments before the surprise portal flash, but the atoms were acting up when he was getting worked up. They just reacted to whoever came into contact and charts went crazy. No idea why or how because we never came across this power before. I tried more filters I had even if some seemed useless.

Lyla-Nope... Nadah... Zilch... Nega-... Hello?

In UV, I saw the veins in his body give off something that was rushing to this Spider-Man and zipping back to (Y/N).

Lyla-It's a chemical?

What chemical does this without killing him? Dark matter or something this power would do god knows what before he could come close to doing his first jump.

Lyla-Fascinating... I'll keep this to myself for now, but I have a few new ideas for you.

Everything will be completely harmless with the exception of extracting a little bit of blood. I called Ben to check in with him. I saw him leaning on a wall with one hand.

Ben-These words... They speak nothing but lies. The curse of being a vigilante in the night is so intense and dreadful.

Lyla-Nice speech. Jess still hasn't found the kid. How is your stealth team doing in getting the research?... Or in this case, just team?

I hung up and went back to my own work for Miguel.

(Gwen's POV)

I just stopped by a store to get some candy for the rest of the research before I got to the library. I sat through a couple of videos but came across a video before the experiments... It was (Y/N)'s father.

(D/N)-My name is Doctor (D/N) (L/N). I am a scientist at Oscorp and if anyone is seeing this, it means my work is complete and I have sent this to the board... "Why must humans be fragile creatures?" is what a criminal known as "The Lizard" once said. His methods were crazy, but I believe I came up with a more settled solution. The answer is not within our strength and intelligence, but rather... our ability to adapt.

This caught my interest but also made me lose my appetite for my candy.

(D/N)-My wife and I will gift our child with this new formula that we have developed. Things like cancer, third-degree burns, and frostbite will be a thing of the past. Think of dipping-, No, jumping into a frozen lake or boiling lava and feeling completely fine... Your body will adapt to your environment in a blink of an eye. No healing or transformation is required.

This just wrecked of evil villain origin story by the time the video ended. I scrolled through the videos until I found something that looked promising. This time, the mother showed up and she looked almost exhausted... or disappointed.

(M/N)-Test run failed. We turned on the A/C in the middle of winter to see if the test subject would notice the cold temperatures. After denying the subject an increase in temperature by lying about turning on the heat, he bundled up in blankets and stuffed animals. The formula needs further development. This would have to include slight alterations to the body to the brain and more so to the nervous system. *yawn* It's gonna be another night with Mr. Coffee.

The video ended and when I found another I saw the father again.

(D/N)-My wife and I saw no changes when it came to expected results, but we came across a breakthrough on a 'molecular' level. This can exceed all expectations with something completely different. The test subject got shocked with some equipment in the lab accidentally, but when next to a power box, our systems detected a slight jolt of energy. The exact same level the shock gave when we ran simulations. A few side effects such as increased focus is a minor benefit compared to what we have in store.

He looked happy when the video ended. Things started to piece together. Like how he was not glitching because his atoms were adapted to the new universe and I bet when he was scared and stressed out his body reacted when his atoms latched on to that Peter. I bet it got amplified with that Day Pass and Go Home Machine, so he can open brief portals like this.

Gwen's mind-So don't stress him out and no surprise portals... Easy for us. Just keep Lyla off our tail and we will have everything under control.

I took the files and I'll go over more later, but I can't take them with me to another universe because Lyla will notice that. I had to put it back in its hiding spot before I go.

(Peni's POV)

*Splash*

I poured more water onto (Y/N) during his bath and he kept on blushing and looking down which was adorable. I want him to get used to me like this before I open up more about being a big sister to him on his terms. I was still fully clothed to have him 'test the waters', pun intended until I feel like he was ready to have a bath together. When he was all clean, I let him play with my old bath toys and he did play with them in the water.

Peni-*Giggles*. ~

He stole a quick look at me with his ruby-red face before he turned back to not look at me right now. I have to stay dead silent right now to let him play to let him feel somewhat comfortable. When we had enough, I got my suit to pick him up and hold him in a way to have him lay down in the suit's hands to look at me. I covered him in a towel and started to dry him off and he stayed under to cover himself. I still had him in my suit's grasp when I took him to my room to wrap him in a blanket for 'me' to hold when I got out of my suit.

Peni-Come on, let's get your hair dried off and brushed. ~

(Y/N)-I-I have more clothes.

Peni-Awwww, but then you stay still as much for me... Just until we're done with your hair... and make you something nice to drink... and at nap time I can dress you.

(Y/N)-I can dress myself.

Peni-Then it's a deal!

(Y/N)-What?! Wait, I meant-!

Peni-To late, you just agreed to it! No takebacks!

(Y/N)-... Dang it.

I gave him a kiss before I started to brush his hair and turned on the T.V. for him to watch cartoons from other worlds. Even some shows he liked that got canceled were still going on here. This got his mind off of getting out of the blanket because when I found a show he really liked, he failed to notice that I have been done with his hair for a while now.

Peni's mind-I wonder what you will look like in a little panda costume... Maybe a costume of my old suit. Oh, there are so many things I wanna dress you up as. ~

I just took out my phone and did a selfie with my little brother and posted it online for others to comment on it. I just got up and went to get us some snacks in the kitchen.

(No POV)

While Peni was enjoying some time at home, she failed to hear about a series of break-ins all over the city. Three to be exact and her 'number one fan' was the first to cover it.

Jameson-This just in, multiple thefts have occurred in 3 places at the time time, costing labs and stores millions in total. No sign of the menaces illegal robotic suit to so call. 'save the day'! I even have a reason to believe that they are helping these criminals because after always being around when crime happens, there is no sign now! WHO IS TO BLAME?!?!?! SAY IT WITH ME!!! THE-!!!

Just then the feed was cut by someone.

(Felica's POV)

He sounded just like the old man himself at him, so I did the whole city a favor as the least I could before I opened another portal to get out of here before another version of The Spider shows up. When we made it back to my hideout, 2 of... me glitched a little, but I have all I need now. I turned to my team to get the stuff onto the table and the jewelry... Just because we got the ability to travel the multi-verse, some style doesn't hurt. I gave the watch I had to one of the other mes to stop glitching. We came up with names to help keep track of us.

I get to keep my name because I got the first watch. The one with short hair is named Bad Luck, the second one is named Classic before of how our worlds are more advanced, and finally, we have Black Cat... She just really likes our name.

Feilica-Alright girls. Let's get to work. We have our other recruits to get before we go after my prize and really set up shop somewhere... Bad Luck, be a dear and grab some of my tools. I got enough for 12, give or take and one of you is picking up fresh meat for our team.

Bad Luck-You know, you never told us what your goal is when we start building up.

Classic-What do you want?

Feilica-I... I have a son to get back.

Black Cat-You have a son?

Feilica-I do now. I can see us all in a big beautiful building somewhere, and the boss gets the top floor.

Classic-What about Spider-Man and his team? They have this stuff too.

Feilica-Which is why we are not just stocking up on Black Cats'.

They all watched as I taught them how to make the watch and I think the gold and gem straps made it so pretty. It took me a few hours, but I had enough for us and one other. I decided to leave and go get her myself while the others got started on more watches. I got to the other world and went to the place I stored a beacon and clicked it. It took a few minutes before our new girl landed on the roof I was on.
