((Y/N)'s POV)

Loox-His cheeks are so soft and fun to play with! ~

Lots of monsters had spiders tie me up in webs and I was scared of spiders. My body would not stop shaking from the spider webs touching me, so all the monsters tried to pet and comfort me. A giant cockroach came back over to me with a doughnut to feed to me, but I didn't want to eat... I was too busy trying to hold in my cries and they could tell.

Froggit-Ribbit, ribbit, ribbit, ribbit (Can you see he is not a big fan of bugs?)

Migosp-He'll get used to us.

Whisum-N-Not if you b-b-but doughnuts like that. I-I-If the spiders leave, 'she' will want to take him with them.

Loox-What is she gonna do to make us give him up?

I had no idea who they were talking about, but I don't think it was Toriel. When someone else came into the room. I saw they were nothing like any other monsters here, but I knew what they were.

They looked at me with almost a sad look, but came over still to get a closer look.

???-Hey, are you all having fun? Sorry if I'm interrupting.

Froggit-Hey, you're that ghost that comes around here sometimes.

???-I am... Can I hold him?

She reached down for me and I flinched at her touch, but after only lifting me up a little, her hands or something went right through me. I felt it.

???-Oh... If it helps. I really did want to hold you.

(Y/N)-All of you, just let me go!

I tried to break free from the webs again when I had more energy to fight, but these webs are not breaking. The ghost only looked down and a few tears dropped to the ground and a few of the monsters just gave me extra love that I did not want.

???-Oh, I just made things worse, did I?... I'll just go.

Froggit-No wait, he didn't mean it! He's just new and scared!

That didn't stop her from leaving then a Loox pulled me into her to rub my head.

Loox-You can apologize la-.

Suddenly a fireball flew past us and when we all looked, it was Toriel and she looked really mad and scary.

Toriel-You... You dare kidnap my child?... Give him back to me, 'now'!

The monsters all started to run then she put up a wall of fire to keep them away from me when she ran over to pick me up and hold me close.

Toriel-My child! What did they do to you?! You're completely tied up!... Here, let's get these webs off you.

I felt my hands and legs get warmer until they were free, so I tried to wiggle free from her, but she held on to me tight.

(Toriel's POV)

My poor child just looked so scared and restless... After I put him back in his room and clean that trail of slime, I will be having a talk with all the monsters of The Ruins, starting with those monsters that had my child in their clutches AND TIED HIM UP WITH SPIDER WEBS!!! I made it back home and I simply burned the slime trail away before I put my child in his bed. I did have to lay with him to keep him down until he got tired... then I just cuddled him and felt so tired after being so angry. I just went to the door and looked at it before I put it up on a high shelf that (Y/N) could not reach. I keep a few spare clothes in here, so I changed into a nice and comfy robe before I rejoined my child in his bed to cuddle. I put up a bit of a fight, but gave up when he realized he was not going to win.

Toriel-When we wake up, we'll go take another bath. Just the two of us for now... Just the two of us. ~

I kissed his head, wrapped my arms around him, and closed my eyes.

(Timeskip)

((Y/N)'s POV)

I could not sleep, but Toriel could. I had to get out of here to get back to my real mommy, but the door was locked again... I saw her put the key up on that really high shelf, so if I can just sneak away from her and get up there, I can leave. I started to slowly move out of her arms without waking her up then got out of bed. I looked at the shelf and then looked for something I could climb to get up there. I could only use the table next to the closet to get to that shelf.

(Y/N)'s mind-I have to be 'really' quiet.

I climbed up on the table and I could just reach the top, but I had to jump to try and reach the key. It still didn't work, so I had to think of something else and I looked at Toriel's dress on the floor... I went to pick it up and got back on the table then threw the dress over the dresser and on the shelf on top. When I pulled I saw the key and grabbed it before it could fall. Toriel was still asleep, so I snuck over to the door and unlocked it before I closed it again then started to try and look for a way out.

(Y/N)'s mind-Maybe if I go into the city I can find a way-.

*Knock* *echo*

I heard that sound, but it sounded a little quiet. The sound happened again and again and I think it was coming from the stairs to the basement or something. I went down the steps and saw a hallway that looked way too long to be a basement... It looked dark, but...

(Y/N)'s mind-Maybe this is the way out.

I slowly walked down the rest of the steps and into the hallway until I saw a big door. This has to be the way out of here, but when I touched the door, I started to wonder if this was the out or just another room. I could be wasting time. Just then, I heard a noise upstairs.

Toriel-MY CHILD?!?!?! WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?! SAY SOMETHING!!! *echo*

I just pushed on the door to try and open it, but it was slow and heavy. When I finally got through, I closed the door to try and slow her down if she comes down here. I ran down the hall to try to get as far away as possible from her, but then I ran into someone else.

Flowey-Howdy... Pal. It looks like you managed to get away from her.

(Y/N)-L-Leave me alone!

Flowey-Oh, calm down. I'm not going to do anything to you... That's everyone else's job. ~

(Y/N)-Wh-What?

Flowey-I can't spoil too much. Where's the fun in that? Do you know what will be really fun?... Watching you hunted down like you're prey! Everyone will see you the same way Toriel did and you will never get out of here! You're practically property down here!

She went underground and I thought about what she said and if there were more monsters here... I started to think about the story and fell to my knees to cry.

(Short Timeskip)

(Toriel's POV)

I checked around the house for my child, but they were not here and they had to have gotten the key because it was gone too. I rushed down to the basement and ran down the hall to see if they were there first. They weren't in the hall and when I opened the first set of doors, I saw a glimmer down the hall that just faded along with a sound.

*THUD* *echo*

Tears poured out of my eyes even more and I fell to my knees. If I go out there and Asgre will find out where I am and come back to get me. I could not forgive her for what she is doing to our people and refused justice for our son and daughter.

Toriel-No, no,... no.

We were supposed to have a happy life here... He is supposed to be in a capable mother's arms. My arms. Nobody will know what to do in order to take care of him! I started to think about the other monsters in The Ruins and what they did to him that must've scared him off before he could learn to love me.

Toriel-*Heavy and slow breathing*... This is... all your fault... Isn't it?

((Y/N)'s POV)

I felt so cold in this snow while I was walking down this trail, but what was really making me shake was what Flowey said to me. I thought that I should get a weapon to fight, but all I could see was a big stick in the road... It was too heavy for me to hold, so maybe I can find something else or try to work out somewhere to gain some muscle to fight. While I walked down the trail some me.

*CRACK*

I turned around to see nothing, but the big stick... That was now in pieces. Someone or something was close by, so I started to walk faster until I heard footsteps behind me. My body froze at the gate and I wanted to scream for help, but there is nothing but monsters around here.

???-Human... Don't you know how to greet a new pal?... Turn around... and shake my hand.

I closed my eyes to not look when I turned around and slowly held out my hand which was still shaking like a leaf. Someone grabbed it and I felt something weird and squishy.

*Pfffffftttt*

I opened my eyes and I was still scared when I saw a skeleton girl smile at me and then looked to see a whoopie cushion in her boney hand.

???-Hehehehe. The old whoopie cushion in the hand trick. It's always funny.

She let go of my hand and I took a few steps away from her, but she only smiled at me and put her hands in her pockets.

???-Hey, I'm not here to hurt you, kiddo. Name's Sansa. Sans the skeleton. What's your name?

She didn't take any steps toward me and didn't look mean, but Toriel didn't look mean either.

(Y/N)-... (Y/N).

Sansa-Nice to meet'cha. You know, I'm supposed to be on guard for humans, but... I never really care about any of that stuff.

I don't know if I should trust her because of what Flowey said... She was super mean though, so maybe she lied and Toriel just had problems.

Sansa-Now, my sister Papyrini. She's a human-hunting fanatic. Actually, I think that's her over there.

I turned around and I did see someone in the distance then Sansa put a hand on my shoulder and I turned to her to see her smile.

Sansa-Here, go threw this gate. My sister made the bars too wide to stop anyone.

She led me across the bridge and I saw a small house next to a big lamp.

Sansa-Quick, get behind that conventionally shaped lamp!

I did what she said since I was scared of getting caught, but then I thought about hiding in that small house thingy. It was too late because I peeked out to see Sansa's sister was here now and she looked mad.

Sansa-Hey, what's up sis?

Papyrini-YOU KNOW WHAT'S UP SISTER! IT'S BEEN EIGHT DAYS AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECALIBRATED ON YOUR PUZZLES! YOU JUST SIT AROUND YOUR STATION ALL DAY! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?!

Sansa-Staring at this lamp. It's really cool. You wanna look?

(Y/N)'s mind-What?!

Papyrini-NO! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT! WHAT IF A HUMAN COMES THROUGH HERE?! I WANT TO BE READY! I WILL BE THE ONE! I MUST BE THE ONE! I WILL CAPTURE A HUMAN! THEN I, THE GREAT PAPYRINI WILL GET ALL THE THINGS THAT I UTTERLY DESERVE! RESPECT, RECOGNITION, I WILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO JOIN THE ROYAL GUARD! PEOPLE WILL ASK TO BE MY... 'FRIEND'! I WILL BATHE IN A SHOWER OF KISSES EVERY MORNING!

She sounded a little funny, saying stuff like that, but I was not in any mood to laugh at anything.

Sansa-Hmmm... Maybe this lamp will help you.

Papyrini-SANSA, YOU ARE NOT HELPING! YOU LAZY BONES! ALL YOU DO IS SIT AND BOONDOGGLE! YOU GET LAZIER AND LAZIER EVERY DAY!

Sansa-Hey, take it easy. I gotten a ton of work done today. A 'skele-ton'.

Papyrini-SANSA!

Sansa-Come on, you're smiling.

Papyrini-I AM AND I HATE IT! *sigh* WHY DOES SOMEONE AS GREAT AS I HAVE TO DO SO MUCH, JUST TO GET SOME RECOGNITION?

Sansa-Wow sounds like you're working yourself... down to the 'bone'.

Papyrini-UGH! I WILL ATTEND TO MY PUZZLES! AS FOR YOUR WORK! PUT A LITTLE MORE 'BACKBONE' INTO IT! NYEHEHEHEHE!... HEH!

I saw Papyrini walk away then I came out and gave Sansa a mad look for what she tried to do.

Sansa-Hey, what's that look for?

(Y/N)-You tell me to hide behind a lamp and you help her find me when she said she wants to capture me?!

Sansa-*Chuckles* Come on, kiddo. My sister is too focused on her work... Actually, she has been worked up lately, and seeing you, might make her day. Mind helping me out? I'll keep an eyesocket ou for ya.

(Sansa's POV)

The just looked pouty and it was really hard for me not to blush at how adorable he looked. I never really saw a human boy before and he just looks so cute. No wonder the Queen will give a much larger reward for one.

(Y/N)-Why will I help you, after what you tried to do?!

He stuck his tongue at me which almost made me laugh at how childish he was... Then again, he is a child, so he gets a pass on that. He stomped away done the trial and tried to stay hidden, but there is no way he will sneak by anyone like that.

Sansa's mind-Awwwww, my sister is going to love playing with you... You sure do know how to pick them, lady. He's adorable.~

(Froggit's POV)

We were all trying to talk about how to get (Y/N) back and hide him from Toriel, but during the meeting, Toriel walked into the hall, so we dropped it.

This has to stay a secret from her and as long as she doesn't catch on, she won't do anything. She walked up to me with a blank look on her face and I felt confused and nervous. There is no way she could know about our talks... She turned her look into a glare and I suddenly caught on fire.

Froggit-AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Fire then fire the room with screams from everyone as we were turning to dust and then ash.
