Flammengeists are skeletal undead wreathed in ghostly flames. A large halo of light and fire surrounds their heads. They are the creations of the Obelisk of Zo, made from rogue evokers who willingly sacrifice themselves to Zo's cause.

Flammengeists have an innate ability to detect creatures imbued with the energies of the Other. As such, they are sent into the Material to track down the enemies of Zo, in particular, the Chosen Ones of Phajani.

Undead Nature. The flammengeist does not require air, food, drink, or sleep.

I like the idea of the monster, but "Flammengeist" means "flame ghost", so the skeleton seems a bit unfitting. If I ran this monster I would probably explain to my players that the ghostly flames surrounding the skeleton is the actual Flammengeist. They can animate any kind of dead matter and usually animate the corpses of the evokers who sacrificed themselves to create the Flammengeist. Maybe I would even replace the reaction to reflect this. Like an option to "grapple" an enemy weapon when the Flammengeist is hit with it. It would be fun to see my player's warrior chasing after his own battle axe. :D Something like this: Reaction: When the Flammengeist is hit by a melee weapon attack it can use its reaction to make a WILL (Athletics) check to try and seize control over that weapon. The check is opposed by the enemie's Str(Athletics) or Dex(Acrobatics) check (enemy's choice). On success, the Flammengeist takes control over the enemies weapon and its skeleton crumbles into a pile of bones. A Flammengeistwaffe like this follows the same rules as a Spiritual Weapon, but its damage type is fire.
