I'm about to make a video summing up the interview experience.  What do you want to know about the interview?  The trip, the mechanics of it..... what questions do you have?

I'm assuming YouTube themselves reached out for initial contact about the interview. If not was there a point at which you thought it may be a prank?

Did you happen to be in the White House for the interview? If so did you try and look into the book that Hank Green left something in and see it? Were you nervous. Was the president genuinely nice or just "a politician"? Did you get to speak with him off-camera? If so, what did you ask?

How did the interview itself compare to your expectations? What were you pleasantly surprised by, or what did you want to accomplish that didn't happen?

How were the accommodations they provided? Extravagant?

How many questions did you prepare but not get to ask? Were they vetted before the interview? What was the atmosphere like with the other two "hosts"?

Did they have you do some kind of rehearsal? If so who was his stand in?

Did you feel like you were talking to someone who was genuinely interested in you and your questions, or did you feel like you were talking to someone who was fake? President Obama came across as very likable in the interviews, but editing is editing. You have a certain quality, a rapport. with most of the people you speak with on your videos, and It seemed to be lacking in this one. Or maybe it was just the situation.

Did you get the feeling that President Obama might be a person with whom you'd like to go have some beers and chat?

How much prep was there leading up to the actual interview? Any off camera chit-chat with the president? What happened directly after the interview?

How long was it in between finding out you were going to interview the president and when you could announce it? Did you have to keep it a secret for a while?

My assumptions about how the White House and the president operate come from TV shows mostly. Did any part of the interview experience change an assumption that you had previously held about how things work around POTUS? Did anything surprise you by being not what you expected?

What were the smells associated with the interview? With the trip?

Was he given the questions ahead of time, or were his answers all off-the-cuff?

I wonder if he prepared by watching some videos from each of the hosts. Did he talk about that off-camera? I wonder which one(s) he watched. That would be cool to know you made the President a little Smarter.

You might have already answered this in one of the previous videos or posts, but how were you and the other two Youtube channels selected for this opportunity? Was there any kind of follow up after the interview? Were your questions filtered (even after you filtered them from those who had submitted them)? What an incredible opportunity! Grateful for your positive and respectful attitude throughout this process. Looking forward to hearing about it!

What were some other questions you wanted to ask him? Were his answers satisfactory to you or were they "politician answers"? Did you get to spend any time with him besides the interview and a picture?
