Holy cricket , Destin! This is amazing... Nature has so much to teach! Thanks as always! Getting smarter everyday!

That's pretty amazing. The design elements in the chameleon are stunning. I felt a little bad for the crickets though. I couldn't help thinking that the chameleon appears to be designed to lay waste to entire populations of insects. He's probably the Lord of the Underworld in the cricket mythos.

Awesome! Will there be more video on how the tip of the tongue actually grips?

Can you do a piece on the cameleon's vision? It is very cool how the eyes can look in different directions but they come together to form a 3D image when it is attacking its prey. If the cameleon had one eye covered would it still be able to accurately attack the cricket?

I’ve never been simultaneously so fascinated and disgusted by something. Those tongues are really something. Sound design of the slow mo was fantastic as usual. I loved the cricket “screaming” on the last one. I didn’t know Kiwi had crates for children so young! I think I’ll get one for my three-year-old.

Hi Destin, I just watched the latest Sound Traveller Video. I'm a college student at Columbus State University and I am trying to raise money to go on a Study Abroad trip to Mexico in June 2018, one of the places we will go on the trip is Teotihuacan (the Aztec pyramids to the Sun and the Moon) I would love the opportunity to record for The Sound Traveller, I have expierence in both audio and video recording (GoPro and DSLR cameras, wired and wireless mics) I have been a fan of SmarterEveryDay for years and I have seen most of the Sound Traveller videos (favorite is Munich, Germany) and I've listened to almost every episode of No Dumb Questions. It would be awesome to record the expierence for The Sound Traveller! As you can tell, I'm a big fan of your work, I think it's awesome what your doing for every one on the internet! Keep up the good work and God bless! P.S. I throughly enjoyed Ready Player One and Devil in the White City, I've also listened to Armada through Audiable and it's pretty great also! Best wishes! -JJ D
