Plans for September's illust & November (Patreon)

So this is the belated illustration I was going to finish for September, which was merged into Octobers DropBox to allow me more time (due to a lot of things that took time away from work).

It's still sitting at this state, since I used most of my focus to get October's illustration done on time. After I uploaded this WIP to Patreon, I continued to work on it but lost all the progress due to my program crashing and clip studio failing to retrieve the backup save it makes every hour (pretty much lost ALL of the lineart & flatcolors on the base & ALTs). Just my luck. After that I shifted my focus to the halloween illustration with Sarah to distract me from feeling frustrated. I still feel wholly unmotivated to pick this piece back up, thinking about all the steps I need to redo.

I'll see what I can do, maybe I can tidy it up enough to have it be passable. I'm giving myself 'til the 5th to make any touch-ups on it, if any. I'm already pretty exhausted with running late marathons and constantly failing deadlines I give myself. Which leads me into my plans for November.

I'm going to take it easy, and touch up / re-draw old artwork from before Patreon. Adding exclusive ALTs to them, making them better looking, etc. This way I can also retrace my steps and see what made art fun for me again. It's a difficult pill to swallow, but digital art has become more and more like a chore for me. This is on no way influenced by anyone but myself. You guys have been nothing but absolutely lovely and supportive, and so I want to figure this out so I can give back for that support.
