The theatrical cut employs a film noir inspired narration by Decker and a happy ending where he & Rachel basically ride off into the sunset. Directors cut removes the narration and happy ending and inserts allusions to Decker possibly being a replicant (the unicorn being the main one, showing that it could’ve been an implanted memory). Final Cut is basically the directors cut but digitally cleaned up; visual fix, color grading, etc.

The earlier cuts had a bad sequence where Zora the dancer who was shot by Decker crashes thru the glass it was obviously a stunt woman who looked nothing like the actress so they fixed that. They removed narration in the end Decker voiced over that Rachel was an experimental model that did NOT have a 4 year life span but could live a full life. There was a few scenes added in the city like the dancers wearing hockey masks was not in the theatrical version Cheers
