There's no "bring up the chain of gods", since all the deities are essentially family members for the most part, w/ the 2 deities of reincarnation being Gracefeel & Stagnate (as we saw in S1, Stagnate is a good person at heart, who fell into the despair because of all the fuckery going on in the world until it became too much to bear, thus the focus on preservation/stasis of elite Souls etc as this world's equivalent of Undead in a sense, who are essentially divine underlings albeit low variants like that, w/ most not actually having their egos remain intact except for the high-tier ones), who are twin children birthed by the Earth Goddess & her husband Volt who is basically Zeus more or less, theme & hierarchy wise
