Regardless wheter its a movie or seasonal, Ufotable basicly only takes on projects with budget far above the norm. Think of it as not working on something where their animators cant show their full potential just because there wasnt enough budget. Hence why there isnt that many Ufotable labeled shows.

As far as I remember from the VN, UBW only had the one H-scene. Heaven's Feel has like 3 or 4 :D And the Fate route had 2!

Saber is incredibly powerful, she is just normally nerfed by her master. Shirou couldn't provide any mana for her and Kiritsugu while better still wasn't able to provide her with sufficient mana. Only Rin Saber could fight close to her full strength and we never got to see her go all out in that state. This Saber essentially has unlimited mana and can pretty much fight at her full strength without tiring out or worrying about her masters mana supply add in that her originally personality does hold back due to honor, this Saber doesn't hold back one bit and goes all out.

In the vn sakura is a prety much backgroud character that only is in the start of the story it only in her route that she go in the front of the story and rider is a good servant but shinkji cannot suply her so she only work by suck mana from outside source
