Watching this episode made me realized how much more substance/history/explanation is in the game vs the anime, the game managed to evoke much more emotion im really disappointed

super happy with how the anime is turning out, truly shaping out to be a masterclass show just like the game imo. I love the added personality the robots such as pascal are getting in the show compared to the game. Really adding an added layer of complexity! :P

The production team for NieR:Automata Ver1.1a has announced that episodes 9 onwards have been postponed due to the impact of COVID-19
