Yeah you'd think after like 15 years of living in Japan she wouldn't have an accent anymore (so like w/ JJBA Part 3 w/ Holly, since she's lived in Japan for 20 years by the time the part starts)

When did she move to Japan again? I forgot, but they do mention it in the manga. Do keep in mind that the older you are, the harder it is to lose an accent or to speak a language fluently. I actually find it very realistic the way she speaks. As for as I know, until 10 years, you can learn to speak a language fluently and without accent. But she moved at 17-18 if I am not mistaken.
