I remember watching this when it aired, I think it is on the upperside of ROBOT cgi alongside the Origin, my main grip is mostly with how it follows to the tea the typical isekai. I find it, that with so many coming each season, it showcases why I prefer Gundam. Its about the conflict of people rising to the ocassion with the machines working as an extension of the pilots will. But overall Ill probably end up enjoying watching you pick apart some plot details and the way they take on the mecha genre.

Its a fun series, it can progress a bit fast at times. The "real" Ernesti probably died in the first attack and the new consciousness took over or was supressed until then, just like Myne in Bookworm. Helvi maybe a good looking woman but shes certainly not best girl, Kerhild imo is - not met her yet, not really a spoiler as its just a name

it always depends on how the CG is used and how good it is. For example in idol shows during the performing, it looks like cheap CG in most cases. For example here it looks good. I personally don't care (even watched animes with only CG character models, if it fits and the story is good, all is well)

Yeah I'm fine with CG stuff too as long as they incorporate it right. This is coming from someone whose been watching anime longer than most of yall have been alive...

The only exposure I have to this series is from the newest Super Robot Wars game. I'm kind of liking this series so far. This and the new Gundam series are making me want to play through it again.

I personally don't have issues with CGI in anime, so long as it's good, clean, and implemented properly. That being said, one of the main gripes I have with the use of CGI is how sluggish and clunky it looks compared to the rest of the animation in the show. Imagine it's like playing a game in 60fps, then all of a sudden, you get a cutscene in the middle in 30fps... it doesn't seem like a big deal but for people who are so used to 60fps, the difference is off-putting and noticeable.

Yeah, the isekai formula is very replicable. Very few series add much of a twist to it.

I didnt consider it to be a Bookworm like thing, I thought maybe it was more of a awakening to the realization they had a former life in another world type thing. Like that other Otome isekai that isn't airing right now.
