Release 2022 06 18 for PSX core (Patreon)

Hi Everyone,

the new release is now available. What has happened?

We got a major new feature from markun: emulated multitap. You can now play with up to 4 digital controllers using any USB or Bluetooth controller without the need for SNAC and a real multitap.

Some more games are now working, that still have issues in the last release: F1 2000, F1 Championship Season, Ace Combat 3 and 007 - Tomorrow Never Dies.

I have written a total of 11 test applications with a total of over 100 subtests for CPU, bustransfer and GTE to verify behavior of the core against a real PlayStation 1. Those tests are in .exe format and can be executed by everyone. The first finding of these tests have already been implemented in the core.

Additionally some fixes to the stability have been done for direct video, savestates and pausing.
