Atari Lynx Core public release (Patreon)

The Lynx core is finally released and I hope with the current state it will be a good start.

For all those who have been using the beta versions before:

I had to rename the core from Lynx to AtariLynx to conform with the naming scheme of MiSTer. So please rename your ROM folder to AtariLynx and you may also rename your savestate folder to AtariLynx in case you created savestates. 

Sorry for the extra effort, I will take care to choose the final name in the first place next time.
