Hello!

Although I loved K's suggestion, I think Beam Living fits this set better. All items have impactful structures, even the plant. Also, Beam is the name of the real-life sofa that I used as a reference.

There are more items that I initially planned. If you follow me on twitter, you probably saw the plant and the lamps, but I ended up having some spare time and decided to make a couple more items: the coffee tables.

Part 01 of the set has 11 items (if you don't count the variations) and 17 items (counting the variations). All base game compatible and maxis match. Available to download as separeted files or merged, choose one.

About Itens:

- Fardos Loveseat and Armchair: 28 leather colors, new texture;

- Beam Sofa, Puff and Lounge chair: 27 fabric colors, new texture;

- The Coffee Tables: 15 swatches, wood texture from Snow Escape and a new Quartizite inspired textures.

- The plant, Pacova (Philodendron martiaum), is a Brazilian sculptural plant that can be huge if you give it enough space.

- The pendants were inspired by Flos wall lamp. If I had made it as a wall lamp, as the original is, the in game use would be too complex (and I problably wouldn't use it so often). As a ceiling lamp it's easier to use and it's very versatile also. You can rotate it on same pivot and I've edited manually the collision box (of all 6 itens). Wich means that you can easily combine more than one lamp using MOO and your Sims won't hit their head. (I found an in game  bug. Read more about it bellow).

I'll continue to work on this set until the end of the month. More itens are coming!

Thank you for being my supporter. I worked hard to release this PT1 with as many items as possible. This early access is a gift and I wanted it to be a nice gift!

I hope you enjoy it!

:D

PS: There is an in game bug with the platforms and ceiling lamps: if you place any ceiling lamp and change the platform height the game won't recalculate the free height under it. If your sim is passing through any ceiling lamp or can't pass under it, even if there is enough space, replace the ceiling lamp, it will "solve" the problem.
