"Tiptoes" (a Beauties and Beasts piece) (Patreon)

     Here's another Beauties and Beasts sketch, just completed. It features my favorite character of the series, Captain "Googie" Gugowski. In the finished piece, it will be night, hence the sleeping alien critters (they're known as "slugjaws", by the way). Maybe that's how Googie stumbled into the midst of them. But I think the fact that she has her ray gun yet hasn't used it (yet, anyway) shows that she has tremendous respect for life. I think the second I looked down and saw all those sleeping killing machines I'd have started firing wildly and run off screaming. But then that's probably why I wouldn't make the cut in the Space Force in the first place.
