Grim Cloister (Patreon)

Hello all!

The Grim Cloister is an original location inspired by locations that ought to be fitting to specific player subclasses and the like. Back in November I released the Monument of Howls within the same vein for a Path of the Totem Warrior subclass of the Barbarian. The Grim Cloister (as you can probably guess) is likewise inspired by the Grave Domain subclass of the Cleric. 

I imagined this as functioning as a distinctly reverent location for the domain, with eerie lights casting strong shadows between the pillars and the central structure acting as some kind of "judgement" device when the ritual is invoked. While I deeply enjoy the specificity of these kinds of locations, I did also try to do a 'tiered' set of furnishings with one semi-furnished and one as devoid of specifics as I could achieve within the map's design.

• An "Unfurnished" variant where I've removed the rubble, sarcophagi, embalming stations, braziers, etc. just leaving the bare bones behind. 
• A "Barren" variant where virtually everything (aside from the main head at the top) is removed, providing you with a ready-for-customization template. 
• Gridded, gridless, and VTT-Compressed options for all of the above
