Boosie, Black Boys, and Rape Culture (Patreon)
Content
In this episode of Celebritea, I'll be discussing why and how Boosie is a dangerous individual. But going further than that, I break down the rape culture pyramid, expose ways we permit rape, and discuss the sexual abuse of black boys (because we don't talk about it enough!)
This episode may be triggering for certain viewers. I'm currently having captions created so if you want to watch with captions, wait until tomorrow morning!
While this video was being edited in post-production, a flurry of rape allegations and scandals hit the twitter timeline. Some were aimed at former OSU classmates, but they were taking place in several spaces at once. I send my love to anybody dealing with rape trauma, and I'm glad we're finally addressing on a wide scale in the black community that consent is important.
