First of all, thank you everyone for voting and commenting! The feedback was really good! Some feedback that stood out was "bigger head" and "closer proportions to the sketch."

The issue with my sketch is that I'm not a great artist, so it's weird trying to match it exactly. The chest especially is the case- like I would have drawn the chest like how it is in the current 3d sculpt if I could have! It didn't look good when it was a closer match from other angles. I did try my best to find a good middle ground between matching the sketch's proportions and it look good all around.

(Feet and hands are still crappy, I plan on doing those separate from the body all together)

I think it's an improvement! Here's some different angles:

The back view I'm still on the fence about, I like how the musculature turned out, but I think I'll soften it up because it's a bit too much definition given the rest of the boy

Also, I thinking about first person view- he'd look really good looming over you I think! Don't take this as anymore than an idea, but I think "chilling naked with your long neck friend simulator" could be a cool interactive thing in unreal.

New design is looking good! And I agree with RavenWorks, if a simulator ever becomes a thing VR would be amazing.

Thank you! And yes, I retopo all my characters (but like props and stuff that doesn't need to deform, if it's got messy topology I'll leave it as is)
