After a lot of deliberation, we've decided we're going to be removing the instakill punishment on the WREN fight.

I'll have more news on what we're going to do with it when we come back to it later on, but we decided it'd be best for gameplay balance after a lot of playtesting and hearing more feedback over time; nothing else will be getting changed on the fight, though.

For now though, we're moving on to the True Final Boss fight, per the schedule in https://pastebin.com/MaJRtQ3E

Keep it for the highest difficulty setting

good ghost

its the final boss its supposed to be very difficult, it was hard af but it was fun

From the moving platforms? Honestly think you should keep it. I don't think it's that tough to avoid. And in one of your previous demos I recall you saying that the final boss shouldn't exactly be holding back.

Id also vote in favor of keep the punishment for the high difficulty setting, honestly it's easier to die from Wren's barrage of attacks than from being crushed after a while

Just to be clear, we plan on keeping a punishiment there that does high damage, but that doesn't 100-0 end you even if you get crushed by even just 1 pixel like before. The main reason we disliked it was the extreme punishment for even the tiniest error, which doesn't feel like you deserved the failure, versus the first phase where if you failed, it felt like it was your fault fairly etc.

To be fair, this isn't the true final boss, we plan on keeping a punishiment there that does high damage, but that doesn't 100-0 end you even if you get crushed by even just 1 pixel like before.
