Just got back not too long ago, and I'll be diving back into it shortly! Back into work I mean, in case there was any confusion somehow. So yeap yeap, the battle system is somewhat functioning, we'll use the old battlers for it for now, I'm working on getting some new animated sprites for the battlers, something that I've kinda think might work nicely in a stylised way, somewhat affordable too, which is important lol.

After that I'll be dishing out my mad drawing skillz with the UI stuff, which will mostly be small icons, so it should be a good enough job that's not super out of place or weird, I've mostly been doing all the icons anyway lol, and no real complaints yet, or at least not that I know of haha.

But yeap yeap, I might do a bit of a group discussion thing with the players on discord, mostly cause it's quicker and faster than on a post with the commenting function, hopefully we can do something fun together haha. So yeah, do keep an eye out for that!

Will battles gonna be for resources at the woods?

Ah, it will be a mix, but the idea is that your "main" source of getting materials will be from trading with the other villages
