Hi all.

tl:dr modding, new locations, FFFM, dev version download in post above.


MODDING

Finished rewriting the event system since the previous one was pretty shitty. Sometimes events were skipped and you could only hope two events didn't happen at the same time.

Changed how special characters and their conversations are loaded.

All this to ensure modding can happen sometime soon. I'd like it to be as easy as possible so I've been rewriting a lot of code to make this possible.


The basic idea is that you create a character and save it as a file. Then write a conversation, set where and when they'll appear and that's it. 2 Files, same names, put them in you mods directory, run the game and play.

Many of you like special characters but i don't have time to do them since i'm not really a writer. They also take a lot of time, my english is really poor, so i decided to open stuff for you all.

It's not a main project, it's sort of a side thing i've been working on for some time. But i want it to happen relatively soon. Will also need to write a short documentation and so on. 

First i have to focus on the current version.


It's the first step. If there'll be demand for more, I'll also write so you could add your own sprites.


LOCATIONS

Pool(3 areas) and a night club. You wanted some management and you'll get it.

In dev you can only buy and visit these places.

In stable you'll be able to throw parties and create other events.


The "story" is changed. Delia (the hotel lady) unlocks the ability to buy properties. 

At home you'll be able to buy them and new options will open up. You'll be also assigning staff to those places, like bartenders, dancers and security guards.

So like always, high quality people = more income.


Many new locations are planned. Whole new map actually.


FFFM

Nasty engine bug prevented me animating not only the new FFFM, but also everything else. I did managed to find a workaround, but i really hope bug will be fixed soon. It crashes the editor when you're about to save. Without saving of course.

Cause of this crash i've lost new titjobs, cumming in mouth, footjobs and rimming animations. I'll do them again after i completely calm down coz i'm still pissed after 1 month.

You can shoot FFFM movies now, so thats something.



TO DO

I need to transform existing single popup events to the new system. With few added options of course.

Fix all the bugs. DEV version is NOT tested. It's playable if you don't try to many wild things, but sooner or later your encounter on something.

Fix some things which i'm deliberately stalling coz they're so jarring to do. Like piercing positions. Need to hardcode positions for every breast type and every breast size...

Make the animations again.

I really don't want to, but i need to stop myself adding new stuff coz otherwise I'll never finish.


When the game is playable without any major bugs I'll release the stable version. Won't do any countdowns but shouldn't be too far away.


PREGNANCY AGAIN

Nobody is happy how long it takes so I made a slider in the options. Now you can set it to rabbit speed (1 month) or wait 9 months. Like many things before, i also forgot to announce that I've made a stat page for your legacy. Now you can scroll through long lists of your bastard children and admire the fact that half the schools will soon be filled with your blood.

edit: i failed to express myself in short sentences again, so beware a rather long post, and on top of that, it's a topic that has a non-existent chance of being implemented, so read at your own interest it is probably out of the question to create another slider for how fast the bastard children mature, for more "family business" :D i am not sure how it would work, either the mom or the daughter approaches you to get some work to raise a bit of money school or something, not necessarily in the movie part but as a bartender or something, or there is a low percent chance that a generated npc will be your daughter, if you have a daughter in the character pool, i imagine that the only difference would be a couple different events with the character and otherwise it would be an ordinary npc i think patreon does not allow this kind of content, so you would have to disable some options of personal interaction for these kind of characters, which would be a headache to create in proper logic, since there are probably loopholes like hiring a male actor to be with the girl, which should be probably ok, but from my observations of development in other games as well, it might be problematic to implement "as intended" so i make this post mostly as something fun to think about xD after all, at that point there might as well be an aging system where your own character grows old and you choose a successor to replace your main character to continue playing, or better a cult where you sacrifice babies to decrease your age, that sounds exciting (an alternative to abortion) the more i think about these things the less i want them in the game, because they just might be too many features, maybe put them in the sequel xD and i dont expect the sequel (its better to work on various stuff, usually for sanity reasons...) so as i already kind of mentioned this post is not really a suggestion, just a thought

4.5 months since a non dev release. You do realize you have backers that pay less than $10 month? $1,500 – reached! per month Fully commit to the game 2 of 3 doesn't seem like you are fully committed to me

it's not like i'm sleeping. i'm not snorting cocaine with hookers on some beach and laugh at you all. i'm not a dev team, you have to understand i'm 1 guy. have to create the content, put it in, code it, test it, fix it, test it again, while taking care of paid and nonpaid requests. also moving to a newer game engine version really stalled the game this time. it will be really helpful in the long run tho. rewriting some old code also didn't help, but it had to be done. it will make adding new stuff faster and also enable for moders to add theirs. i also have a second job as a web admin and everything just pilled over the summer coz of vacations. sorry for the long wait, i dont know what else to tell you. i understand the frustration, but cant do nothing right now. if i released the "stable" version yesterday you all will kill me. dev version has so many bugs, you'll be so pissed i dont even wanna imagine. probably way more than now

I'm a 5$ backer and I don't mind. Take all the time you need to iron out the bugs for the stable release and I hope the 5 bucks help.

there you are right, there are better games on 3D and there is an update every month even though they develop almost alone.Sorry but 4.5 months and only talk and promise, 1 dollar is already too much as a support.
