It has been cold recently. I am having trouble falling asleep very easily due to the cold in my bedroom.

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to raise the temperature of the room a little before going to bed.

Yesterday, when I tried to open a bottle, the lid was too hard and I injured my palm.

I'm glad it wasn't my dominant hand...at the same time, I thought that this kind of unfamiliar injury is troubling.

Maybe my defense is weak.

Now to the main issue.
