Announcing a new comic series, coming soon (Patreon)

Hey folks! Those have been with me for a long time know that I like to do something special for Valentine's Day on this page and this year is no exception. But things have been a little quiet recently. I can definitely continue updating the page whilst balancing my regular job but it is a challenge to really do ambitious stuff right now, atleast working alone. Fortunately I've long had my own personal artist working for me and it's finally time for us to embark on a project that'll bare fruit in the foreseeable future... (Game dev takes a long time, who knew?)

For the past couple months me and the talented Gisarts have been cooking up something special and while it's still a few weeks away from premiering, I think today is the perfect time to give you the first sneak peek! It's going to be a new web comic! 

It's called...

Ladies First: Journey Through Jadaris

I'll be releasing some images in a Patron-only post an hour from now, since some stuff might be too lewd for public posts. (I got suspended once before for that, heh) But I'm happy to give you some of the details.

It's an adult comic, with of course heavy femdom vibes and it's a fantasy setting. Very DnD style world, so there's no limit to what we might see! 

I want you to experience it as fresh as possible, so here's the most spoiler-free plot synopsis I can manage: It involves a man who has lived his life as a legendary hero (who is VERY popular with the ladies) suddenly having that life turned asunder as he's forced to rely on a party of voluptuous babes to do the heavy lifting for him as they all trek to save the world from a tyrannical, maniacal, all-powerful and extremely sensuous villainess! 

It's intended as a light-hearted adventure, mostly comedy and with lots of sexy fun but with some room for drama and character growth along the way. It's a project I've had in mind for a long time and I'm excited to be so close now to seeing it come to light! 

The intention is to have our own website for this, finally! Another exciting undertaking in it's own right. The hope is that we can have the comic out on a weekly basis once the site launches, which does seem possible but I'm hesitant to assign a hard release schedule. Just know that it should be updated quite regularly! 

As for when that launch will be, I want to get through the entire section that I consider 'prologue' before we release. That means there will be plenty of sexy content from the beginning, and we can properly start with the established premise that I want to get to without having people waiting a week+ for just, exposition. As of now Gisa is about done with Strip #4, and we might need to be around 10-12 strips in, so maybe an April release is realistic, May at the latest.

For the sake of speed, it's going to be black-and-white, which gives it a touch of manga energy... we have bandied about the idea of making colorized versions later for potential special releases. If the comic is a success, that'd make a lot of sense to do!

While the comic will be free to the public on the website, you know I always put my Patrons first, so you'll always be seeing the comics atleast a few days earlier than everyone else! And that goes especially so for these early issues which might start showing up here as soon as this month... ;) 

That's about all I can think to say on it for the moment, but keep an eye out for the post that'll be scheduled an hour after this one, where Patrons will get to see the first look at some bodacious new characters as well as a sneak peak at some comic panels~!
