I just checked the information about the payment to patrons (due to a notice from a follower), and I see that the payment was made in full despite the fact that the ultimate level disappeared.

I would like you to inform me (since I don't know how it works) about the way in which patreon charges you, if it is automatic or is it your choice?...

This to be clear about how the charges work, and see if I will have to make any other adjustments to avoid charging the level that is paused, and if the payment was automatic or you agreed to pay despite the level being paused.

I ask you to help me with the information since I don't know if there is a way to return the donations since I cannot be responsible for the donation linked to a level that no longer exists (since the patreon rules clarify it as a right of the artist, prior to making notices, which was done several times).

acabo de checar la informacion seobre el cobro a los mecenas (por una aviso de un seguidor), y veo que el cobro se realizo integro pese a que el nivel ultimate desaparecio.

me gustaria que me informaran (ya que desconozco como funciona) sobre la forma en que patreon les cobra, si es automatico o es por eleccion suya?....

esto para tener claro el funcionamiento de los cobros, y ver si tendre que hacer algun otro ajsute para evitar el cobro del nievl que esta pausado, y si el pago fue en automatico o ustedes accedieron a pagar pese a estar pausado el nivel.

Les pido me ayuden con la informacion ya que no se si hay forma de regresar las donaciones ya que no puedo hacerme responsable por la donacion ligada a un nivel que ya no existe (ya que las normas de patreon lo aclaran como un derecho del artista, previo a realizar avisos, cosa que se hizo verias veces).

en fin, espero sus respuestas para saber como proceder.
