New UI (Patreon)

Here's a look at the now more-or-less-done UI rework.  While many of the older panels will remain, the main navigation buttons and output text will scale to remain legible at all screen sizes.  The new navigation also saves a lot of screen space and allows more hotkeys, in addition to having way more keyboard shortcuts.

I'll be aiming to add more helpful stuff soon (like highlighting over bars for numeral values, or an estimate 'how much of my bar will I use' when highlighting abilities) and more scaling text.
