From Chris: Shameless money grab by WB reissuing a ten-year-old animated movie on UHD which was animated at 1080p. If there is a difference between the UHD and BD, it's miniscule with no tangible HDR. The animation doesn't look bad considering its age but mostly pointless at 4K.

I'm pretty sure they just wanted a new Batman release available for Christmas. The movie itself is decent, outside of the stiff line delivery by Batman's voice actor.
