Midnight in the Switchgrass Blu-ray Review (Patreon)

Cheap, direct-to-video procedural featuring Bruce Willis and directed by his producing partner of 16 different films. Not a great movie by any stretch, a routine serial killer cat-and-mouse thriller. Megan Fox and Emile Hirsch are the real stars, Willis barely appears in a small role. This movie is most famous for introducing the rapper/singer Machine Gun Kelly (who         has a bit part) to Megan Fox, which more or less ended her marriage to Brian Austin Green. They started a torrid relationship whiled filming. She now claims he's her soulmate...

Set in Pensacola, Florida, which I know well from my days at Florida State University. Of course, the commentary mentions how the entire movie was filmed in L.A. and... Puerto Rico of all places. Apparently they couldn't actually film in Florida since they got tax credits from Puerto Rico.

The commentary is self-serving nonsense, very producerish.
