From Chris: After loving Part One, I didn't find the pacing for Part Two that great. They had to cram three-quarters of the full story into these 90 minutes. Even with three hours between both parts, they probably needed something like another full hour for a complete adaptation of the graphic novel. Also a couple needless changes trying to be clever.

This part is basically Two-Face's origin story while finishing off the Holiday mystery. Purists probably won't enjoy some of the character changes, especially to Catwoman. They also add a new twist on top of the Holiday reveal, which is almost entirely unnecessary. This two-parter went from classic to just another solid Batman tale with the second part not holding up its end nearly as well.
