Lad leaves her room to Find Sebek. The Orc should have been under guard in the medical room by his estimation. The guards are present outside, however neither of them stop him despite the fact that he attempted to kill the Orc just a day prior.
“Is someone in there?” Lad asked.

“There's one other Ranger in there, Sir.”

It was all Lad needed to know. He entered the room and noticed Sebek standing with his arms crossed. He acknowledged Lad as the Human entered and offered a short nod.

“No...” Lad searched the room.
“Is there someone else in here?”

“Actually? I was gonna record some questions for Mom. He has to be interviewed because apparently he does have information he's willing to share now.” She winked at you.

“Yeah. Not a good job at all. No way ChesAn condones it, either.”

“That- that last part is serious right? Not sarcasm.” Lad questioned. Kai simply smiled at him.
“Right?”

“So, we going in together?” Kai asked.

Lad glanced back at the door and shook his head.  He blocked Kai from accessing it but there was no way he could stop her for long.
