“Things kind of have to be different.” You said gently, placing a hand over her belly.
“Some things have to change. There's some things you probably shouldn't do... I'm not super familiar but I'll ask my Mom. She'll probably know a few things.”
Jeane covered her mouth as she laughed. “Perhaps. I am sure Marrien will be very excited to be a grandmother.”
“I think so too. That being said, deep sea adventure is on the list of things we probably shouldn't do with you, since it might affect the baby. This... Goo. I don't know how good it is.” As you questioned it, the Elemental sounded off in your head.
`Master, according to my knowledge of surface organisms, it provides a heightened saturation of needed gases while reducing pressure from the deep sea environment. It is likely something that has helped, more than anything.`
`Hm. I'll take your word for it.` You sent her your own thoughts back.
`Thank you ma-`
`Because if you're wrong I'll find something worse than destruction for you to go through.`
`Y-yes. I understand.`
You clapped your hands together, clasping them. “Alright! Very good news. This is very, very good new.” You kissed Jeane and hugged her, then stood up.
“Where are you going?”
“I need to go tell some people. Since we are doing this, I gotta make sure the right people know so that the right decision can be made if anything happens when I'm not around.
“Ah!” Jeane raises her hands to pause. Her ears wiggle a little and turn faintly red.
“It feels really strange to have so much attention pointed at me.”
“Get used to it.” You winked.
The first people that you left to find were your mother and sister. They were in the next room over. Due to how contained the environment of each room was you had to leave, then go to the next door and swim up again. You arrived to see Fiona and Marrien in nothing but towels. Fiona was sitting with one leg crossed over the other while Marrien was fixing her hair. They both looked at you, blushing. You looked away awkwardly.
“Don't look at me like that... You're the ones that let me up. You had time.”
“Well, I feel fine.” Fiona shrugged.
“My dear Brother's seen it all before, anyway.” She wore a nervous grin.
“When we were kids...” You grumbled, resting your hands on your hips.
“Don't talk like that, Fiona dear.” Marrien warned, brushing out a knot with a particularly rough gusto.
“Sorry, Mom.” She cringed.
“This place is quite intriguing politically.” Marrien began.
“Is that what you wanted to come talk about?”
“Ah, they made me Praesident. The position above their Grand Minister position, or whatever. That's not why I came. Jeane is pregnant and it's mine.” You just came out and said it, unsure what their reaction would be. Fiona covered her mouth with both hands and gasped. Marrien dropped what she was holding and ran at you. The towel came off as she moved suddenly and the woman ended up hugging you tightly without noticing. Her breasts press into you.
“H-hey!” You tried to grab somewhere on her that was appropriate and eventually gripped her shoulders to push her off of you.
“What?” She stepped back, then looked down and noticed, then looked back up with an unimpressed stare.
“Oh relax. We're family.” She waved a hand dismissively and bent over to pick up her towel. You head shot to the right. Marrien's cheeks flushed just a bit at your reaction as she wrapped the towel back around her buxom, mature body.
“Your reaction is wondering if you've got anything else on your mind when you look at me.” She said in a suspicious tone.
“I- I don't!” You cringed.
“Can we get back to the top at hand.”
Marrien smiled widely. “I am so happy for you! Having a child is wonderful.” Without missing a beat she added.
“Don't be like your Father.”
“I wont.” You muttered. It was still something of a sore spot.
“Sorry.” Marrien offered sympathetically.
“But it's true. Your father was... Handsome and charming in his own way, but-”
Fiona chimed in. “But, Dad was a deadbeat that left us. Marrien nodded to show that Fiona had essentially said what she was going to.
“Does this mean I get to be an Auntie?” She asked giddily.
“I mean... What else would you be?”
She looked a bit embarrassed at asking a stupid question. “I dunno. We're identical so in a way your kid is basically my kid, right?”
“You should have kids of your own at some point, but I also don't have any issue if you see it like that. Family is family. This one is probably going to grow up with a few moms and... Maybe another Dad.”
“I hope it's human.” Fiona remarked.
“Fiona!” Marrien flicked at her.
“What!?” She stared up indignantly.
“I do...”
You laughed awkwardly. “I suppose we'll see.”
Next you left to alert Djir. He reacted both in a more measured and a more celebratory sense. He cackled to himself.
“Nice! You did it. Congratulations.” He gave you a sly look.
“I hope it looks like you.”
“Why would you want that?” You chuckled.
“Because you're a stunning individual, my Prince.” Djir took you in his arms and stared down at you lovingly.
“Hah ha! I'm pretty pleased.”
“I can tell.”
“I'm glad you told me.”
“I told you for a reason.” You stated. Djir nodded to show he was listening, and not just lost in your eyes.
“Whatever happens, Jeane over me. You get what that means right?”
“I don't gotta like it, but I do get it. I'll make the choice you want me to make, gods forbid anything like that ever happens. I'll protect her like I protect you, and if it comes down to it... Over you.”
You were relieved. “I don't think I could ask Fiona. She's just so... Pragmatic. I can imagine her saying 'you can make another one' to me.” You said, mocking her tone.
“You, though. I think you're the only one that really loves me enough to fully respect my wishes.”
Djir smiled comfortably. “That's right. I don't think this thing we have means a thing if I don't listen to what you want.”
“Thank you.” You got up on your toes to kiss him. He responded by picking you up, hugging you, then throwing you on the bed. As he climbed over he asked you/
“How'd things go?”
“They made me the leader over their main representative. The impression I got is that the new position of Presaedent is not one of as much power as you would want, but it is of more power than any of them would usually get.”
“We can work on that.” He shrugged, licking around your neck, then over your lips and into your mouth. You kissed back.
“Do you want to...” You nodded, feeling a bit hot. He spread your legs, entered you, and the two of you made love.
Unlike before, Djir's cock did not feel like it was stretching you out. It felt right, but also warm and comfortable, like there was nowhere it could not go. It also felt good.
`W-what is-`
`Master, I have adjusted your rear organ to make things more pleasurable for you.`
You panicked. `What!? How can you change things about my own body?` You were prepared to absorb her in an instant.
`W-wait, Master!` She stammered in your head. Her Core vibrated a little nervously inside you.
`I can only change things that you feel that you wish to change. I am not doing it maliciously, I can only act as another agent of your subconscious when I am like this, I swear.`
You considered her words carefully. It was true that, though you enjoyed sex with Djir, it was a bit laborious and not as pleasurable as you would like. You also began to consider the other applications.
`So, you can act like another agent of my own actions. Say if I needed to do two things at once?`
`Precisely!` She said proudly.
`A second mind, with yours, can allow you to process your Aura abilities more effectively, as well.`
`Anything else you can do? Also... I'm sure you had a name, but I can't remember it so I'll just call you Mirra, for the first thing I used you for after absorbing you.` You grinned.
`Mirra... For mirror. I see. I can also split off from you if you allocate enough energy. Create a close, as it were. I will be as strong as you want me to be, based on how much I am given.`
`Don't know how strong I want you to be...`
`It is all your material, Master. You can take it back whenever you wish. That's why I was so shocked at what you could do to me. It's like you came from a Species that was used to absorbing others already, so much so that it was second nature.`
`Probably not.` Your ears twitched.
`I'm just a Beastfolk or something.`
`Or something.`
The whole conversation took place over the course of a few seconds in your head. Djir had already rutted into your new ass several times and blew his load shamefully inside of you.
“H-holy! So sorry... That's just so damn good. Like fucking a mushy cloud.”
“That's... Gross. Don't say it like that.” You gave him a look as he lay over you, hands on either side of your head, pinning yours.
“I need to try something. Don't be alarmed.”
“Go ahead.” He chuckled.
“Try away.”
`Mirra, go ahead and make a clone.`
`Yes Master, doing so now. This may feel strange at first.`
It was an understatement. “Guh!” You jolted as liquid formed from your Soma Energy out of your side. In a few seconds the viscous blue fluid formed into a similar-looking Fox with Black hair, red-slit irises and a red undercoat on the ears and bushy tail. The only difference, the primary difference was the look of the Fox was undoubtedly female. You stared at her accusingly.
“Mirra! I though you said it was a 'clone!'”
“Yes.” She smiled.
“This is a clone that I made. Do you have a problem with me taking my preferred gender, Master?”
You relented. “I suppose not. I guess that's fine. I want to keep you on a short leash but I don't want to be cruel.”
Djir's mind looked like it was about to blow. “One... Two Fins? Mirra? Who?”
“Djir, this is Mirra, the Core of the Elemental I absorbed. She split off using my Soma and made a clone, but she is female, so...”
“Right, right. That makes sense.”
“Does it?” You looked at him.
“No... But, stranger things have happened.” He stroked your ears affectionately. You shuddered, leaning into his hand.
“Suppose your right.” You took the point gracefully.
“I guess this body is me, but female. You feel anything from it?”
“It's not you.” He shrugged.
“And you're right. It is female.”
“Can you use any of my abilities, Mirra?”
“Most of them, Master. I took a percentage of your power equal to how much you wanted to give me.”
You rubbed your chin. “So it's not a net gain, regardless.”
“Not necessarily. If you split yourself fifty/fifty it isn't a net gain, but it can have some good uses in having more than one body and more than one mind.”
“Hmm. It's still my 'body' right?”
“Correct, Master.” She smiled.
You thought about her kneeling down, and she did it. You could only faintly feel it like a phantom limb but you could definitely exert control over that form.
“As you can see, I am completely at your mercy, even while separate.”
“I have an idea.” You smiled widely and blinked. When you you opened your eyes in an instant you were looking at yourself from the Mirra clone.”
`Ah, Master, you're back.` She commented in your head. You noted she was no longer able to control the body. For a brief moment you were female and it did not feel too bad, then Djir started to panic. You looked up and saw why. You were melting and returning to the body you were inhabiting currently.
“Sorry. I'm fine, relax.” You said apologetically. As your energy returned, your body returned to it's natural state with the breasts receding, the cock appearing and the hips narrowing with more muscle tone appearing over your body. It was like your body instinctively knew what shape you should be and changed to that without thinking. You assumed, though, that you could change shape at will. You did not want to, since it would stress Djir out.
“This is interesting. If that's possible then...”
You stepped back, leaving behind a rough, blank effigy that only stood and stared. You moved around to the other side of the room, then blinked your eyes and found yourself inside the effigy you left, smiling. The former you melted down with the material returning and the Core of Mirra rolling back, then up inside of you.
“This is incredible.”
“So you're basically invincible, huh...”
“According to Mirra, I can only be effected on the layer of my Core, but I am not an elemental. My entire form is my Core, so that means in theory that I can only be affected by Core-altering abilities.”
“That's great news! Makes you a great fuck, too.” He added.
You and him exchanged coy smirks. Before you could both go again as you wished you heard a notification from the doors device.
“Better get that.” You sighed.
“Can't imagine it's not for me.”
“Well, only person that would ever knock on my door is my Mother and as much as I think she's some type of amphibian, I doubt she can live underwater.” He cackled.
“Hoh.” You chuckled and headed down towards the door. When you answered it you looked out and saw no one. Then you looked up and noticed Trita floating down.
“Mr. Presaedent, my Lord, we have received word from our scouts of movement from our enemies.”
“Tell me.”
She nodded. “The Hero is moving towards us with three ships beyond reproach. Our normal methods of sinking and attacking vessels are repelled easily, as if they are surrounded by an Aura.”
“That will be... The Orrans. So, the 'Slayer' and the 'Hero' have teamed up?” You grimaced, wondering how this could fit in with the prophecy you received.
“It's starting to not make total sense... Or maybe I'm missing something.”
“My Lord?” She looked at you.
“Never mind. This is complicated. Only I can fight underwater, but I need Fiona and Djir to be absolutely certain of beating Cao Young quickly without him adapting to me. What are our options.”
“We intercept, or we wait.”
“Right... Obviously, but how do we intercept? Maybe... Maybe Fiona and Djir can fight underwater just find with my help, but it's an uncertain variable. If we intercept, though, how is it different?”
“We call Leviathan from the depths.”
“Leviathan? Is it a sea creature?”
“Yes.”
“Then it wont matter to the Orran ships and crews. We've been through this. You should know this.”
“We can not make contact, like they have a barrier, however... Leviathan has a blowhole that can engulf three ships while the rest of his body rises around them. It will be like they are stuck in a lake. There is a fortress city built around the blowhole by my people, so it will be like they are caught in a trap.”
“Nice! Why didn't you try this before?”
“We got decimated. We thought that our moving city was the most likely to escape their wrath and delivering it to them, even if there was a chance of victory, was too risky. But now we have you.”
