Also if u think this ending song is amazing (This is ending song 2 for the anime), ending song 1 is also very soulful. Its has a R&B flow to it!

Tony, I am glad that you enjoyed the song! Mononkul (the name actually comes from Mon Oncle which means my uncle in French I think) is actually duo unit and I also believe most components are pre recorded by studio musicians like you said. Funny fact is they are married couple. I think most of the compostion is done by the bassist himself. There is an orchestrated version of the song as well and is definitely an another feel.
