Wow, a song I actually know something about: Fire Emblem Three Hopes is a "Warriors" type game made as a spinoff from Fire Emblem Three Houses, focused mainly on real-time combat. Most battle songs (such as this one) have multiple different versions depending on whether or not you're currently in combat or simply around or moving to combat. This is why this particular song is titled [Inferno], because it's the more active version of the piece. If you look up the title "Tearing Through Heaven" without that modifier, you'll get the other versions, with [Rain] being the one people usually hear first (and it's the one I prefer!). Both [Rain] and [Thunder] are originally from Three Houses, while [Inferno] was made for Three Hopes 3 years later. The reason it's so repetitive is because it needs to seamlessly swap between the combat and out of combat version when you enter a fight or finish off an opponent.

I think something that’s interesting is that Three Hopes (and the game it's a spin-off of, Three Houses), really toy with the genre of music in a way that most games in the series just choose not to do. FE is always medievally based so they often stick to big brass sections, strings and the occasional opera, but for some reason they decided to really lay on with the synth and even some dubstep tracks in these games and that’s what makes me such a fan of the OST here.
