So that little end bit the juju stroll there's one at the end of every single episode from here on out until season 2 there non-spoilerly. most of the time They're just funny skits but definitely worth checking out to make you laugh

So for your questions: Roppongi is a district in Tokyo which is famous for the nightlife with their clubs and bars, for both tourists and locals. And Ginza who is also mentioned in this episode is next to Roppongi and is the most expensive disctrict of Tokyo (wikipedia even says: It is considered to be one of the most expensive, elegant, and luxurious city districts in the world). It's famous for their shopping streets. When you ask how many people live in Tokyo, it's a bit tricky what you count as Tokyo. The city with the 23 districts has about 10 million people and the prefecture Tokyo has 14 million people. When you count in the neighbour prefectures Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba and some smaller ones (togheter called Greater Tokyo Area), they have 38 million people and it is the most populous metropolitan area in the world.
