Yeah vinland saga is incredible. S2 was easily my anime of the year last year. It only gets better. Glad you're loving it!

Did you watch the dub episodes on Netflix or Crunchyroll? I think they did two different dubs for both. I’ve only seen the Netflix one and it was excellent

The bands name is actually Survive Said the Prophet, "Project" is a typo.

The band's name is "Survive said the Prophet" idk why the translation says project in the opening lmao must be a typo. I thought someone would've wrote it in the comments before but i guess they didn't XD

The way the Japanese are saying Askeladd is actually closer than how English speakers would say it. His name means "Ashen Lad" like, the boy from the ashes, and it's pronounced close to that.

One thing to note about when Askeladd tells Floki's messengers that Thors died an unremarkable death is that he doesn't want to give Floki the satisfaction of knowing how Thors died. Askeladd did truly respect Thors, but Floki is a sleazebag and Askeladd knows it so he refuses to give him any details.

The dub by Sentai (which is different from Netflix) in my opinion is even better than the sub, because they did a good job with pronouncing everything properly aswell as thorfinn screaming "Your F*cking dead" which is so much more badass.
