Happy Sunday, everyone!

This Batgirl Supergirl Christmas comic from 2014 is a personal favorite, mostly because I think candy caroling should be a real thing. What happened to the beautiful art of caroling on Christmas (or even Christmas Eve)? I'm sure it's still a tradition in certain parts of the world, but for the most part I feel it's completely gone out of style. Maybe if candy was a reward, snappy dressed, holiday enthused vocalists would start intrusively singing by people's front doors again. I mean, if it can bring joy to even The Gosh Darn Batman, imagine what it can do for less tragedy obsessed individuals.

Rummaging through my files, I actually found the digital thumbs for this one (included above). I'm kinda amazed by how tight they are. My thumbs have definitely gotten more loose and impatient in the years since, likely due to an increased confidence while penciling or inking.

As an aside, I also like how this comic combines all of Kara's tropes into nine little panels. The four C's: Christmas, costumes, candy, and charm. :)

The best thing about this is the implication that Batman carries sweets in his utility belt.
