Hi, Patrons! I'm back after some much needed time away from my studio, my house, my town and pretty much the entire state of Florida. Really wanted to get some new art for y'all before the month ends so here's a quick illustration inspired by my time in the mountains and forests of Tennessee. This was my fourth vacation in the Great Smokeys and cemented my intention to eventually retire there someday. Absolutely beautiful there (not to mention fantastic bluegrass music playing around every corner).

ALSO: I discovered Clip Studio Paint has a record feature! I've been using the software for years so how I never noticed it before I can only chalk up to recently upgrading from Pro to EX. Elsewise, my dreams of being a world famous sleuth have been completely squashed.

Anyhoo, I have a timelapse of the above for you. Still trying to figure out how to upload a video to Patreon (I guess I need a Vimeo Plus account?), but hopefully I'll have that solved by later this afternoon.

Lastly, a HUGE thank you to everyone here for supporting my first month on this platform. I can't express how much it means to me financially, emotionally, and professionally. Plan is to continue working hard to keep the content coming well into the summer. I'm also well into the thick of working on my next graphic novel so crossing my fingers that there's an announcement about it soon so I can start sharing my work for/on it. Especially since it's the thing occupying 75% of my time right now!
